Canadian Support, Eh?

I've added the ability to type a Canadian postal code into the system so the Canadian owners out there can show up on the owner map.  Hopefully sometime soon we'll see some overseas users driving Amperas... does OnStar work in Europe?

Monthly Totals Update

I've updated the Monthly Totals tab to add a selector to choose different graphs, so you can see the graph for anything we're charting monthly statistics for.  I've also future proofed the graph, getting it ready for 2012 - all months are now shown, and each year will be a different color on the chart.

One other thing I've fixed that I've had a few complaints about in the past: sorting monthly data by month now works correctly instead of sorting alphabetically.
